Library opening hours

The Main Library in the center of the Minhang campus was officially open on December 15, 2008. As the Main Library, it is regarded as “the Integrated Library of Sciences, Engineering, Biology, Medicine and Agriculture”.

In 1992, to adapt itself to the rapid development of SJTU, a new library was built at the side of the scenic Siyuan Lake on the Minhang campus financed by the rest of Mr. Pao Yue-Kong’s donation to the Pao Sui-Loong Library and China Construction Bank. Ju

Established on December 28, 2014, Tsung-Dao (T. D.) Lee Library consists of the physical Library and Tsung-Dao (T. D.) Lee Archives Online (http://tdlee.sjtu.edu.cn/). With a pioneering five-in-one orientation, Tsung-Dao Lee Library functions at once as a library, an archive, a biographical museum, a science museum, and an art museum. The physical Library has a gross floor area of 6,500 square meters, with one floor underground four floors aboveground.

The new upper building located on the east side of the first floor of the new upper building, has a total of 296 seats and provides reading services.

The book reading space is located on the west side of the General Office Building on the Xuhui Campus, providing services such as book borrowing and returning, reading, and certificate affairs.

The West Building Compact Storage locates on Xuhui Campus and was officially opened in April, 2012.

The School of Medicine Library used to be the Library of Shanghai Second Medical University. It is located in the Information Center of Shanghai Jiao Tong University Medical College, together with the Computer Network Information Center of Medical College
