Shanghai Jiao Tong University Library constructs and manages academic achievement data, promotes data governance, and provides basic data services, value-added data services, and customized data services to support discipline assessment, talent team building, research project management, student education, resource optimization, and other management and decision-making activities.

• Basic data services refer to providing standard format data by formulating retrieval strategies, designing retrieval expressions, and downloading directly from database platforms with defined constraints.

• Value-added data services refer to standardized template data supporting the monthly update of academic achievements across the entire school, departmental annual assessments, teacher annual assessments, title appraisals, and developmental evaluations of colleges through library-developed algorithms, developed platforms, knowledge processing flows, etc.

• Customized data services refer to providing themed services such as batch downloading of metadata, semantic enhancement of metadata, standardization of institutional names, disambiguation of author names, annotation of core article inclusion, subject classification annotation, and data statistical analysis through software development, algorithm development, knowledge organization, etc.
